Best practice is most important. We aim to recruit, train and retain Care workers who are aware of the healthcare industry requirements, Care Standards and foster continual development to achieve the best standards of care.

We ensure that you undertake our efficient recruitment process and have all your mandatory training before your first placement with us. Your training requirements will be reviewed on a 12-month basis. You will access your free mandatory training through E-Learning and your face-to-face practical training in Manual Handling and CPR is arranged and taken separately. Training dates, times and venues will be advised.

Mandatory Training and Development

All staff members will attend induction and training before placement. We aim to recruit, train and retain care staff who are aware of the healthcare industry requirements and foster continual development to achieve the best standards of care.   We offer the following training:
